**Job Title: Restaurant Manager**
The Restaurant Manager oversees the operations of a busy dining establishment, ensuring that top-tier standards are upheld while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include identifying and hiring skilled personnel, implementing effective operational strategies, and participating in community engagement efforts to enhance sales and the restaurant’s standing in the community. Ideal candidates will have experience managing in a high-volume environment and possess excellent communication abilities. A bachelor’s degree in hotel or restaurant management is preferred.
