Job Summary
The manager is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of payment devices, which encompasses forecasting, distribution, upkeep, and disposal. This role involves overseeing vendor partnerships, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and enhancing operational efficiency within the device ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle management of payment devices from initiation to retirement.
- Manage relationships with vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Ensure that all operations meet established security standards.
- Implement strategies for operational enhancements across the payment device estate.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in managing payment hardware or technology systems in the fintech or payments sectors.
- Strong skills in vendor management and a solid analytical background.
- In-depth knowledge of PCI DSS standards and terminal security measures.
