**Job Title: Manager for Operations Improvement**
The Manager for Operations Improvement is tasked with supervising a variety of projects by establishing scope, objectives, and management strategies across different retail sites. This position involves overseeing budgets, monitoring project developments, and providing progress updates to stakeholders. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline along with three years of relevant experience, or five years in facilities or construction management. Additionally, candidates must obtain an EPA 608 certification within 90 days of employment.
