Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a similar discipline, with a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in field service or industrial operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong operational acumen, proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, and have experience with mission-critical infrastructure or HVAC systems.
