**Job Title: Manager of Field Services**
The Manager of Field Services is responsible for developing and guiding a worldwide team dedicated to delivering top-tier installation, commissioning, and lifecycle support for essential customers. This position entails formulating operational strategies, overseeing service partner collaborations, and fostering ongoing enhancements to achieve safety, quality, and financial targets. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a similar discipline, with a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in field service or industrial operations. Candidates must demonstrate strong operational acumen, proficiency in leading cross-functional teams, and have experience with mission-critical infrastructure or HVAC systems.
