**Job Title: Outside Sales Team Member**
As an Outside Sales Team Member, your primary focus will be to develop and nurture business relationships with clients while executing impactful sales strategies to foster growth. This position involves negotiating contracts, exploring new business avenues, and consistently reporting on market trends and customer requirements. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong sales acumen, superior communication abilities, and excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Additionally, candidates must successfully pass a background screening and drug test and have a documented history of cultivating customer relationships effectively.
