Job Summary
The Manager in Training plays a crucial role in guiding team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold operational excellence at the carwash facility. This position also supports the General Manager in property upkeep, staff training, and fulfilling the objectives set by the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor associates to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Maintain operational standards of the carwash location.
- Assist the General Manager with upkeep and maintenance of the property.
- Promote the development of associates and facilitate training.
- Help in the execution and achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends.
- Physical capability to perform duties such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Competence in handling money and transactions.
- Ability to understand and apply workplace procedures effectively.
