Job description
The Manager-In-Training will be responsible for understanding and overseeing daily store operations with the mentorship of a Store Manager. This role involves ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members while following company policies. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in retail or fast food. Additionally, applicants must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate the ability to work varying shifts, including overnight and holiday schedules.
