**Job Title: Strategic Deal Manager**
The Strategic Deal Manager will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the alignment of startups with investors, providing guidance to founders on aspects of fundraising, valuation, and structuring of deals. This position entails overseeing the due diligence process and enhancing the global network of investors in the Deep Tech and Life Sciences domains. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or financial advisory. A comprehensive understanding of the stages of startup development, financial analysis, along with specialized knowledge in Healthcare or Deep Tech, is essential.
