Job Title: Lead Food Scientist
Take charge of ingredient characterization and the analysis of multiphase food systems utilizing cutting-edge material science methods such as rheology and microscopy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address formulation issues and convert intricate data into practical insights for clients. A PhD in Material Science, Food Science, or a related discipline is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry. Proficiency in statistical software and experimental design is essential, with a solid foundation in food physics and material characterization.
