Job description
The Academic Supports Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of school-wide cultural initiatives, behavioral intervention strategies, and the 21st Century After-School Program. This role will act as the main liaison for addressing student behavior issues and will work in partnership with faculty to promote both academic achievement and social well-being. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of experience working in urban educational settings or organizations focused on youth services. A solid foundation in restorative justice principles, trauma-informed approaches, and behavior management techniques is essential.
