**Job Title: Manager of Commercial Operations**
The Manager of Commercial Operations is responsible for guiding and enhancing the Business Customer Support and Service Delivery teams to deliver an exceptional experience for customers. This position includes managing service provisioning, coordinating installations, and streamlining operational workflows while acting as a liaison among various internal teams. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and have a minimum of five years of leadership experience in operations or telecommunications. A solid foundation in project management, effective communication, and CRM systems is essential to successfully navigate multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
