The Assistant Manager II plays a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the store, focusing on aspects such as customer service, inventory oversight, and facility upkeep. In addition, they support the Store Manager in mentoring and growing team members, all while ensuring adherence to company regulations and safety protocols. Applicants should possess prior experience in retail management and be capable of undertaking physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 55 lbs. Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this position.
