Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years in healthcare or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of advanced experience in medical billing. A bachelor’s degree in business or a pertinent field is essential, accompanied by a robust understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and demonstrated leadership skills.
