Job description
As a Solutions Architect Team Leader, you will guide and mentor a group of Solutions Architects to enhance cloud adoption and increase revenue in the banking industry. This role requires you to work closely with sales and business development teams to create intricate cloud solutions and shape AWS product strategies. Candidates should possess more than 10 years of experience in enterprise IT, demonstrating hands-on proficiency in software development or DevOps, alongside advanced cloud architecture skills. A bachelor’s degree is essential, as well as demonstrated leadership experience managing senior technical teams in client-facing settings.
