The Cruise Travel Specialist plays a key role in suggesting cruise itineraries and coordinating travel plans, which encompass flights, accommodations, and excursions. This position requires the specialist to stay updated on promotions and possess in-depth knowledge of various cruise lines to deliver exceptional service to clients. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and the capability to work autonomously. Previous experience in cruise booking or sales is advantageous, along with outstanding customer service skills and proficiency in upselling.
