The Manager Trainee will support location sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and manage fleet logistics and store operations. Additionally, the role involves shadowing management to develop leadership skills and preparing for a future Branch Manager position. Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills are required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
