Job description
The Manager Trainee will engage in an immersive training program aimed at acquiring an in-depth knowledge of retail business functions. This role entails collaborating with management teams to equip themselves for upcoming leadership positions within the organization. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service abilities and the capacity to guide and nurture a team. Prior leadership experience or a degree in a business-related field is advantageous.
