The Manager Trainee will engage in an experiential training initiative designed to cultivate a thorough knowledge of the operations within the retail sector. This role involves collaboration with management teams to gear up for future leadership opportunities within the organization. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service abilities and a proven capacity to inspire and guide a team. A degree in a business discipline or previous leadership experience is advantageous.
