The Manager Trainee will support location sales goals, customer service, and daily operations including fleet management and vehicle preparation. They will also shadow management to develop leadership skills and prepare for a future Branch Manager role. Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills are required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
