**Job Title: Salesperson**
The Salesperson plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for DIY customers while meeting both individual and store sales targets. Key responsibilities include essential store functions such as managing inventory, restocking products, and performing fundamental automotive services like battery and wiper blade replacements. Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of proven retail sales experience along with a foundational understanding of automotive systems and components. The position requires the capability to lift items weighing up to 100 pounds and the willingness to work during days, evenings, and weekends.
