Job Summary
The internship position offers the opportunity to engage with foundry operations, focusing on enhancing casting quality through the application of statistical analysis tools. Interns will gain hands-on experience while developing their mechanical skills and ensuring compliance with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing standards.
Responsibilities
- Learn and apply foundry processes to enhance casting quality.
- Utilize statistical tools for conducting data analysis.
- Exhibit mechanical aptitude in various tasks.
- Follow geometric dimensioning and tolerancing guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Ability to perform physical activities, including standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
