The Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op will support the optimization of production processes through data analysis, process mapping, and the implementation of Lean initiatives. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop documentation, conduct time studies, and participate in root cause investigations. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering. A basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts and familiarity with engineering tools like CAD and Excel are preferred.
