Job description
**Manufacturing Engineer**
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for advancing and refining production methods through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles to boost both efficiency and product quality. This role involves being the primary contact for technical challenges on the shop floor and working closely with various teams to facilitate the integration of new products and equipment. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant experience within a manufacturing setting. A strong grasp of manufacturing processes, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Experience with CAD or 3D modeling tools will be seen as a valuable asset.
