Job description

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer I plays a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing processes. This position focuses on the design, improvement, and maintenance of manufacturing systems, ensuring that production meets the required standards and is optimized for performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that enhance productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Create documentation and guidelines for manufacturing processes, standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
