Job description
**Job Title: Traveling Superintendent**
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage all activities related to construction projects to guarantee timely completion, adherence to budget constraints, and compliance with specifications. This role involves the coordination of subcontractors, the administration of on-site operations, and the enforcement of strict safety protocols throughout the duration of each project. Applicants should possess between 5 to 25 years of experience in construction, including a minimum of 5 years in a Lead Superintendent role on new commercial or industrial projects. Mastery of project scheduling software and possession of a valid driver’s license are essential, as is the capability to travel across the country.
