The Manufacturing Engineer will partner with the plating team to sustain and improve gold electroplating and cleaning processes for industrial inkjet printheads. Responsibilities include driving process performance, yield improvement, defect reduction, and leading capital equipment projects. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and at least 5 years of experience in electroplating or similar chemical processes. Strong skills in process control, statistical analysis, and hands-on manufacturing troubleshooting are required.
