Job description
The Manufacturing Quality Engineer II is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle to ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to quality standards and fulfill customer requirements. Primary responsibilities involve leading the review of nonconforming materials, conducting 8D investigations, and applying statistical process control to facilitate ongoing improvements. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality role within production or manufacturing. Proficiency in quality management tools such as CAPA and PPAP, as well as statistical analysis software, is essential, alongside familiarity with industry standards such as IPC-A-610.
