Job description
The Market Director of Plant Operations plays a key role in strategizing, organizing, and managing all functions concerning hospital facilities. This includes overseeing the upkeep of physical infrastructure, HVAC systems, and various utilities. Additionally, they supervise environmental services to ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and safety regulations. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of three years in a relevant field or an equivalent mix of education and training, preferably with a focus on hospital operations and readiness for Joint Commission assessments. Effective communication abilities and fundamental computer skills are essential for handling departmental policies, budgeting, and safety initiatives.
