**Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager**
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, developing content calendars, and managing multi-channel communications to support the organization’s objectives. This position includes supervising the Communications and Creative Content Lead while working closely with internal teams to enhance storytelling and foster community engagement. Ideal candidates will hold a four-year degree in communications or marketing, accompanied by a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of education and five years of applicable experience. Essential skills for this role include expertise in social media platforms, email marketing applications, website administration, as well as strong leadership abilities.
