Job description
The Lead Front Desk Agent plays a pivotal role in guiding the front desk team, ensuring that guest service aligns with brand standards throughout the check-in and check-out processes. This position involves training team members, managing cash transactions, and addressing complex guest concerns effectively. Ideal candidates will have experience in front desk operations, complemented by excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Preference will be given to individuals with prior supervisory or leadership experience and familiarity with LMS systems.
