The Laboratory Assistant I is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering specimens to appropriate laboratory workflows while maintaining accurate data entry in the LIMS. They also assist in maintaining laboratory inventory, cleaning equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and privacy regulations. Candidates must have a high school diploma, with a science-related degree and less than one year of industry experience preferred. Applicants are required to pass a criminal background check and complete mandatory training on HIPAA and laboratory procedures.
