Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the visibility and outreach of our medical practice based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This position involves strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our services effectively within the community and across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and ensure alignment with the practice’s objectives and standards.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and monitor its effectiveness.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and website content management.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all communication channels, including print and digital media.
Qualifications
- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to project management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
