MDS Coordinator RN

The MDS Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and finalizing the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) alongside the interdisciplinary care planning process. This position requires strict adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations regarding resident care. Applicants should have graduated from a recognized nursing program and have a minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in areas such as long-term, acute, or geriatric care. Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of nursing management experience in the long-term care sector.
