Job description
**Job Title: Meat Lead**
The Meat Lead is responsible for overseeing the department team to enhance sales, guarantee operational efficiency, and uphold superior standards for both product quality and safety. This position also involves utilizing digital resources for effective inventory and production management while promoting a cooperative and inclusive atmosphere among team members. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in a meat production department or in a supervisory capacity and must be at least 18 years old. A Food Handler Certification is advantageous, and candidates must be capable of completing all required training and assessments.
