**Job Title:** Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary role is to deliver an outstanding service experience and foster connections with our brand while supporting store operations. You will be responsible for various operational tasks including restocking merchandise, fulfilling orders, and maintaining extensive product knowledge to recommend outfits effectively to customers.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a passion for fashion, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This position also demands physical resilience, as you will be required to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. Flexibility in availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
