Job Summary
The Mechanic 3 position for Weekend Days focuses on delivering expert mechanical services, ensuring high-quality vehicle performance and safety. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining various mechanical systems, primarily during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical problems accurately using specialized tools and equipment.
- Provide exceptional service and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Keep detailed records of diagnostics, repairs, and parts utilized.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further automotive education or certifications are preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive repair or maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Proficient in using diagnostic and repair tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
