Job description
The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the hardware design process from the initial requirements stage all the way through low-rate production. Key duties include conducting finite element analysis (FEA), creating prototypes, implementing hardware testing protocols, and integrating intricate thermal and electronic systems. Applicants should have a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and at least 2-4 years of mechanical engineering experience. Essential skills include proficiency in CAD software, hands-on fabrication experience, and the capacity to obtain a US Security Clearance.
