**Mechanical Engineer Department Manager**
The Mechanical Engineer Department Manager is responsible for guiding the mechanical engineering teams located in the Baltimore and Washington, DC regions, while delivering support across the entire enterprise. Key duties involve supervising engineering personnel, managing project budgets and schedules, and assuring the precision of technical designs and methodologies. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years of mechanical design experience (MEP) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a PE license. This position necessitates strong leadership abilities, technical writing proficiency, and expertise in software applications, especially Revit.
