Job Summary

We are in search of a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer at Level 3/4, specializing in Motion Controls Project Engineering. This role, based in Elkton, Maryland, necessitates strong collaboration with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering teams to effectively lead projects. The successful candidate will manage various phases of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project development in motion control systems, ensuring all engineering disciplines work cohesively.
  • Oversee the formal change-control process including the documentation and implementation of project modifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with extensive relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing mechanical and motion control projects.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting across different engineering fields.
