Job description
**Job Title: Technical Support Engineer**
Deliver expert technical assistance to field engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and repairing intricate semiconductor machinery. Work in collaboration with worldwide teams to resolve product issues, spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. The position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or possession of a PhD. Applicants should be willing to travel internationally about 20-30% of the time.
