The Med Tech is responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of residents, including medication administration and providing leadership support. They also assist with resident care, maintain clinical quality assurance, and communicate with families and support services. Candidates must be a certified Medication Aide and meet state requirements for the role. A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals is preferred, along with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
