**Job Title: Medication Technician**
The Medication Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and precise delivery of medications to residents, while also observing for their effectiveness and any potential side effects. This position involves aiding residents with daily living activities and ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately in line with facility protocols and state guidelines. Applicants should have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a valid certification as a Medication Aide or Technician. Experience in senior living environments or long-term care is highly desirable.
