Job Title: Medication Services Coordinator
Oversee the medication management for residents, which involves placing orders, monitoring, and administering medications as prescribed by physicians. Keep detailed and accurate records for each resident, oversee departmental supplies, and support caregivers with everyday resident care responsibilities. Previous experience in an assisted living setting is highly desirable. Applicants should show expertise in maintaining safety in job performance and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
