Job description
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in assessing the eligibility of donors and building a connection to guarantee a favorable experience while upholding confidentiality. In addition, they are tasked with operating automated plasmapheresis machines and overseeing the health of donors during the entire donation process. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and showcase excellent customer service skills. This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to acquire any required state licenses or certifications.
