This position acts as a primary liaison between healthcare providers and internal departments, addressing discrepancies and enhancing workflow efficiency. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of pertinent experience in healthcare, administrative, or support capacities. Expertise in Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of medical claims, billing, and auditing processes are essential.
