Job description
**RN Transplant Coordinator**
The RN Transplant Coordinator conducts thorough assessments of patients and manages interdisciplinary care strategies for individuals undergoing heart transplants. This role includes providing education to patients, maintaining accurate documentation of interventions, and acting as a liaison and advocate for patients and their families throughout the treatment journey. Applicants must possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing and a valid Texas RN license. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care settings, as well as Basic Life Support certification.
