Job description
Deliver secure and proficient administration of specialized medications and intravenous infusions within patients’ residences. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient care coordination and uphold precise clinical documentation. Applicants must possess an active RN license in Michigan and have a minimum of one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home health settings. Skills in IV insertion are essential, along with a valid driver’s license for local travel.
