Job Summary
The primary role involves educating therapists, physicians, and patients regarding Tactile Medical’s products and services, particularly the Flexitouch System, within a designated area. This position is responsible for formulating sales strategies to achieve set monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets, while also focusing on expanding clinical markets that are currently underrepresented. Additionally, the role includes providing support to customers through training and addressing reimbursement issues or any concerns, all while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive education on Tactile Medical products and services to healthcare providers and patients.
- Devise effective sales strategies aimed at reaching defined sales objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships in underserved clinical markets.
- Assist customers with training on product use and address any inquiries or issues regarding reimbursement.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations throughout all activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a comparable mix of education and professional experience.
- Experience in sales, particularly within the medical field, or involvement in patient-facing clinical roles.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare sales or relevant clinical background.
- Proven track record of successfully selling Tactile Medical products.
- Familiarity with third-party payer policies is an advantage.
- Must be capable of travel and able to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
