Job Summary
The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in offering patient-centered and comprehensive care within the Progressive Care unit. This position emphasizes the delivery of specialized healthcare services in a secure and nurturing setting for patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in the Progressive Care unit.
- Provide specialized health services while ensuring patient safety and support.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding promptly to changes.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and care plans.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of a valid California Registered Nurse License.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
- NIH Stroke Scale certification.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
