Job Summary
The Medical Director is responsible for delivering clinical direction and ensuring physician-level accountability for quality, safety, and compliance within the telehealth platform. This key position involves overseeing medical personnel, formulating clinical protocols, and working closely with product and operations teams to enhance care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for the telehealth platform.
- Oversee and supervise medical staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols to maintain safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams for scalable care solutions.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to multi-state regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate clinical quality metrics to drive improvements and outcomes.
Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification.
- Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, including roles in telehealth.
- Experience in supervisory positions within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across multiple states.
- Proficient in clinical quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
