The Medical Director will act as the clinical authority, upholding medical protocols and guiding associate veterinarians. This role involves collaborating with hospital management to promote practice development and guarantee exceptional patient care. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, along with a background in clinical practice and leadership. A strong enthusiasm for mentoring the team and the capability to manage medical operations within an AAHA-accredited environment is essential.
