This role involves collaborating with hospital management to promote practice development and guarantee exceptional patient care. Applicants should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, along with a background in clinical practice and leadership. A strong enthusiasm for mentoring the team and the capability to manage medical operations within an AAHA-accredited environment is essential.
