**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director will oversee clinical quality, formulate medical protocols, and provide guidance to veterinary staff to guarantee exemplary patient care. This role involves collaborating with hospital leadership to cultivate a cooperative environment and promote the overall development and success of the practice. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and be licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina. A minimum of three years of clinical experience is desired, and past leadership experience will be advantageous.
